HRT Wellness Coaching in Charlotte, NC: Hormone Replacement Therapy for Women, Guided
How Coaching Fits Your HRT Wellness Coaching Program
Your coach, your check-ins, your numbers
Your first visit is with a coach, not a prescription pad. Brent Mague, MBA, runs a goal-setting session around your symptom list: sleep, hot flashes, mood, energy and the weight settling around your middle. A Styku 3D body composition scan baselines lean mass, fat and circumferences before anything changes. Your 3- or 6-month plan is then built with Jillian Harrell, our registered dietitian, shaping protein, strength and recovery habits. Compare the structure in our weight loss coaching packages.
Check-ins are scheduled, in person or by video, and each one reviews the same things: sleep quality, symptom frequency, strength sessions completed, nutrition and a Styku rescan at set points. If progress stalls, your coach adjusts the plan first and flags anything medical to Impact Health Network licensed physicians, who handle labs, dose questions and prescriptions. You never have to work out which question belongs to whom. See the full process in how it works at Aspire Trim.
What Is HRT Wellness Coaching?
Hormone replacement therapy for women, with a coach alongside
HRT wellness coaching combines hormone replacement therapy for women, prescribed and managed by Impact Health Network licensed physicians, with structured coaching from Aspire Trim Clinic. Hormone therapy replaces the estrogen and progesterone that decline through perimenopause and menopause to relieve symptoms. Bioidentical means the molecules match the hormones your body makes. Which hormones, route and dose are the physicians' decision after reviewing your history and labs. Current guidance from The Menopause Society sets out the benefit and risk picture by age, time since menopause and personal history.
The coaching side is what most hormone programs leave out. Estrogen decline changes sleep, body composition, bone density and training recovery, and a prescription alone does not rebuild those. Over a 3- or 6-month program your coach tracks symptoms and sleep, Styku 3D scans measure lean mass and fat distribution at set points, our registered dietitian sets protein targets, and strength training is built in at a pace you can keep. Many clients notice sleep and night sweats shifting within the first weeks, with fuller symptom control typically by 8 to 12 weeks. Individual results vary, and the physician adjusts the prescription as your check-in data comes back.

Who Is a Good Fit for HRT Wellness Coaching?
HRT wellness coaching suits women with perimenopausal or menopausal symptoms who want a coach tracking the whole picture, not only a prescription. Whether hormone therapy itself is appropriate is decided by Impact Health Network licensed physicians after reviewing your history, labs and risk factors.
Ideal Candidates for HRT Wellness Coaching
- Within about ten years of menopause, or under 60
- Hot flashes, night sweats, broken sleep or mood changes
- Weight settling around the middle despite your usual habits
- Early menopause or ovarian insufficiency
- Wanting accountability, tracking and a dietitian alongside therapy
Who Should Talk to the Physician Before Starting
- Current or past hormone-sensitive cancer
- Unexplained vaginal bleeding that has not been investigated
- Recent blood clot, stroke or a known clotting disorder
- Active liver disease or coronary heart disease
- Pregnancy, or a possibility of pregnancy
If your history is complicated, the physician may recommend non-hormonal options, and your coach still supports sleep, protein and strength, which carry more weight than most women are told. Start with hormonal balance in Charlotte, NC to see how we coach you through the transition, or read about low energy if fatigue is the loudest symptom.

HRT Wellness Coaching Side Effects and Safety
Early side effects of hormone therapy are usually mild and settle within the first weeks. The Impact Health Network physician reviews the longer-term picture with you individually.
Common, Expected Early Effects
Breast tenderness, mild fluid retention, headache, nausea, spotting and occasional mood fluctuation are usual in the first weeks. Your coach logs these at check-ins and flags anything persistent to the physician.
How Route and Timing Change the Risk
Risk depends on age, time since your final period, the hormones used and the route. Oral estrogen carries a higher clot risk than transdermal forms, and combined estrogen and progestogen therapy carries a small increase in breast cancer risk that rises with duration of use. Guidance from the Endocrine Society and The Menopause Society frames those risks against the symptom, sleep and bone benefits for women who start within the usual window.
What to Report
Contact the physician or your coach promptly for new breast changes, unexplained bleeding, leg swelling or pain, chest symptoms or severe headache. Routine screening continues as normal. See our Inner Health programs for how coaching and medical care work together.

HRT Wellness Coaching Questions, Answered
Before your free consultation
How much does HRT wellness coaching cost in Charlotte, NC?
Exact investment is discussed at your free consultation after your body composition scan. The figure depends on whether you choose the 3- or 6-month program, how often you check in and which coaching inclusions you want. Prescription costs are separate and set by the pharmacy. Cherry payment plans are our primary financing option, with PatientFi and Klarna also available. See our financing options.
Who prescribes the hormones in this program?
Impact Health Network licensed physicians do, through a telehealth visit we arrange for you. They review your symptom history and labs, decide whether hormone therapy is appropriate, choose the formulation, route and dose, including bioidentical options, and manage adjustments over time. Aspire does not prescribe. We coach, measure and track your program and route your medical questions to the physician.
How long is the HRT wellness coaching program?
You choose a 3- or 6-month program. Three months covers the window in which most women see symptom relief settle and gives two or three Styku rescans. Six months adds time for body composition, strength and sleep habits to take hold. Many clients continue after the first program. The physician decides how long hormone therapy itself continues, reviewed against your symptoms and history.
How often will I check in with my coach?
Check-ins are scheduled through the program, in person at our Matthews office or by video. Each one reviews your symptom and sleep log, strength sessions, nutrition and, at set points, a Styku rescan. If something stalls, your coach adjusts the plan first and sends anything medical to the Impact Health Network physician. Between check-ins you can message your coach with questions.
Is hormone replacement therapy safe for women?
For most healthy women who start within roughly ten years of menopause and before age 60, current guidance from The Menopause Society supports hormone therapy as the most effective option for hot flashes and night sweats, with a favorable overall balance of benefit and risk. Risk depends on age, history, the hormones used and the route. The Impact Health Network physician reviews all of that with you individually.
When will I notice results?
Many women notice sleep and night sweats shifting within two to four weeks of starting therapy, with fuller symptom control typically by eight to twelve weeks as the dose settles. Mood and focus often follow sleep rather than leading it. Body composition changes build over the full 3- or 6-month program and show on your Styku rescans. Individual results vary.
What does bioidentical mean, and is it what I will get?
Bioidentical means the hormone molecule is structurally identical to what your body makes, and regulated, pharmaceutical-grade bioidentical options exist. Whether they are right for you is the physician's decision after reviewing your history and labs. The Impact Health Network physician will explain the formulation and route they recommend and why, and your coach will help you track how you respond.
Can I start if I still have periods?
Often, yes. Perimenopause, when cycles are still happening but becoming irregular, is frequently when symptoms are at their worst, and hormone therapy during that phase is a common option. The regimen differs from post-menopausal dosing because your own hormone production still fluctuates, so the Impact Health Network physician sets it up accordingly. Your coach tracks cycle-related symptom swings alongside everything else.
Will HRT wellness coaching help me lose weight?
Not directly, and we will not claim otherwise. Hormone therapy can restore the sleep, energy and training capacity that make fat loss achievable, and your coach builds the protein, strength and habit structure that body composition change actually comes from. Many women pair this program with our weight loss coaching packages in Charlotte and track both on the same Styku scans.
How is this different from TRT wellness coaching?
Both pair physician-managed hormone therapy with Aspire coaching, but they are built for different people. HRT wellness coaching supports women through the menopause transition. TRT wellness coaching is for men with low testosterone confirmed by labs. The coaching structure, Styku tracking and the Impact Health Network hand-off work the same way in each program.
Are my symptoms definitely menopause?
Not necessarily, which is why labs come first. An underactive thyroid, low iron stores, low vitamin D and sleep apnea can all imitate the menopause transition, and the Impact Health Network physician reviews for those before anything is prescribed. Explore hormonal balance support in Charlotte, NC for how we coach you through the sorting-out process.
Can I combine HRT wellness coaching with Emsella?
Yes, and many women do. Pelvic floor weakness and bladder leaks often arrive with the same hormonal changes, and Emsella pelvic floor therapy in Charlotte, NC is a seated, fully clothed session series that fits around check-ins. Skin changes through the transition are addressed in skin and longevity support. Your coach sequences everything in one plan.
