How Coaching Fits Your Sexual Health and Vitality Support Program

Your coach, your check-ins, your numbers

Brent Mague runs your first visit: a confidential goal-setting conversation about what has changed, when it changed and what you want back. A Styku 3D body composition scan sets the baseline, because body fat, lean mass and visceral fat all shape hormones, energy and confidence. From there your coach builds a plan around sleep, training, nutrition and stress, with Jillian Harrell, our Registered Dietitian, on nutrition and Olivia Mague on movement. Levels follow our weight loss coaching packages.

Check-ins are scheduled, in person in Matthews or by video, and your coach tracks rescans, sleep, training consistency and how you feel week to week. If progress stalls, the plan changes: training load, protein, bedtime or stress habits get adjusted rather than waited out. Medical questions, lab results and anything prescribed are routed to Impact Health Network licensed physicians, and your coach helps you prepare for those visits. What Is Sexual Health and Vitality Support?

Desire, function and vitality, approached together

Sexual health and vitality support is a coached program for adults whose desire, confidence or intimacy has faded. It combines a confidential consultation, labs and a physician review through our medical partner, Impact Health Network, physician-prescribed support where appropriate, and coaching on sleep, training, body composition and stress.

Desire and function are different problems. Low desire is often hormonal, relational or exhaustion-driven in men and women alike, while erectile changes in men can signal cardiovascular or metabolic issues, so the Impact Health Network physician assesses that first. Energy and sleep usually shift within weeks; desire and confidence build over 8 to 12 weeks. Results vary.

Who Is Sexual Health and Vitality Support For?

This program suits adults whose desire, confidence or intimacy has faded and who want a plan rather than a quick fix. Impact Health Network licensed physicians decide whether any prescribed support is appropriate after reviewing your health history, labs, blood pressure and medication list.

01

Ideal Candidates for Sexual Health and Vitality Support

  • Women noticing lower desire through perimenopause or menopause
  • Men whose interest faded while function stayed largely intact
  • Adults with low drive alongside fatigue, poor sleep or lost strength
  • Couples who want intimacy back and are willing to work on the inputs
  • Anyone who prefers labs and coaching over an online questionnaire
02

Who Should See Their Own Physician First

  • Sudden erectile changes, especially with chest pain or breathlessness on exertion
  • Pain, curvature or changes after an injury
  • Known heart disease, diabetes or uncontrolled blood pressure
  • Pregnancy, breastfeeding or trying to conceive
  • Difficulty that appears only in some situations, pointing to stress or relationship factors
03

What the Physician Reviews Before Anything Is Prescribed

  • Whether the concern is desire, function or both
  • Hormone labs, blood sugar, lipids and blood pressure
  • Your full medication list, including over-the-counter products
  • Cardiovascular and metabolic context for any erectile changes

If low desire sits alongside fatigue and lost strength, the physician will usually look at hormones first. Explore TRT Wellness Coaching for men and HRT Wellness Coaching for women, and see how we coach low energy. Guidance from the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health informs how desire concerns in women are assessed.

Sexual Health and Vitality Support: Safety and When a Physician Visit Matters

Aspire coaches, measures and tracks your program and is your point of entry. Labs, prescriptions and any medical decision are handled by Impact Health Network licensed physicians through a telehealth visit we arrange for you, and the physician explains the benefits, side effects and limits of anything prescribed directly to you.

Erectile Changes and Heart Health

Erectile tissue depends on small blood vessels, so changes in function can show up years before heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure are otherwise noticed. The American Urological Association regards a new change as a reason to assess cardiovascular and metabolic health, not simply a reason to write a prescription. That assessment sits with the Impact Health Network physician, and when a finding needs your own doctor, a cardiologist or a urologist, we say so plainly and help you get there.

Medication, Mood and Relationships

Some blood pressure, antidepressant, antihistamine and prostate medications reduce desire or function, so the physician reviews your full list. Low mood, performance anxiety and relationship stress are real drivers too, and coaching cannot replace counselling where that is the main factor; we will tell you if we think it is.

Sexual Health and Vitality Support Questions, Answered

Asked privately, answered plainly

How much does sexual health and vitality support cost in Charlotte, NC?

Exact investment is discussed at your free consultation after your body composition scan. The plan depends on your coaching package, how many check-ins you want and whether Impact Health Network licensed physicians recommend prescribed support, which is arranged through them. Cherry payment plans are our primary financing option, with PatientFi and Klarna also available. See our financing options.

Is this program for men or women?

Both. Low desire is common in women through perimenopause and menopause, and in men alongside low testosterone, stress and poor sleep. The consultation, labs and physician review are the same for everyone; what differs is the plan. Women often pair this with HRT Wellness Coaching and men with TRT Wellness Coaching when labs point that way.

What is the difference between low desire and erectile changes?

Desire is wanting; function is the body's response, and they have different drivers. Low desire is often hormonal, relational, medication-related or exhaustion-driven, in men and women alike. Erectile changes in men more often trace back to blood vessel and metabolic health, which is why the Impact Health Network physician assesses that first instead of lumping the two together.

Can erectile changes be a sign of something more serious?

They can, and that is why a physician review comes first. Erectile tissue depends on small blood vessels, so changes can appear years before heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure are noticed. The American Urological Association regards new erectile dysfunction as a reason to assess cardiovascular and metabolic health. Impact Health Network licensed physicians do that assessment; Aspire coaches around it.

Who prescribes anything in this program?

Impact Health Network licensed physicians, through a telehealth visit we arrange for you. Aspire is not a medical practice and does not diagnose or prescribe; we coach, measure and track. The physician reviews your health history, labs and medication list, decides whether prescribed support is appropriate for you, and explains the reasoning and any side effects directly.

Should my hormones be checked first?

Yes, and the physician will usually want that. Low testosterone in men and the menopause transition in women are among the most common reasons desire fades, and addressing a lab-confirmed imbalance often does more than anything else. Labs are ordered and read by Impact Health Network licensed physicians. Learn how we coach hormonal balance.

How does coaching improve libido?

By fixing the inputs desire depends on. Short sleep lowers testosterone and raises stress hormones, inactivity and higher body fat shift hormone balance, and chronic stress crowds out intimacy. Your coach builds a plan for sleep, resistance training, protein and stress habits, then tracks it with scheduled check-ins and Styku rescans so the changes actually happen.

How long is the program?

Eight to twelve weeks, with the option to continue. Most clients feel sleep and energy change within two to four weeks, while desire and confidence build more gradually as labs, coaching and any prescribed support work together. Programs can be renewed, and clients in TRT or HRT Wellness Coaching often keep their check-ins going. Individual results vary.

Is the conversation actually private?

Yes. Aspire Trim Clinic is a small family-owned team, so you see the same people every visit instead of explaining yourself to a new face. Consultations are unhurried and judgment free, in a private room in Matthews or by video, and the telehealth visit with Impact Health Network licensed physicians is confidential as well.

Could a medication I already take be part of the problem?

Possibly, and it is one of the most overlooked causes. Some blood pressure, antidepressant, antihistamine and prostate medications reduce desire or function. Bring a full list, including over-the-counter products, to your consultation. The Impact Health Network physician reviews it, and sometimes the right next step is a conversation with your own prescribing doctor.

How do I get started?

Call (704) 321-0105 or book a free consultation. Your first visit is a confidential conversation and a Styku scan, then we arrange labs and the telehealth visit with Impact Health Network licensed physicians. Prefer not to come in? A virtual consultation works too, and labs can be drawn locally.
