Scan-First, Always
Every program opens and is measured with a Styku 3D scan: lean mass, body fat and 33 measurements

Recover first, then build, and measure both
Recovery and performance in Charlotte, NC at Aspire Trim Clinic is a coach-led group of programs for adults who want to keep training, working and moving without the soreness and slow bounce-back that creeps in through the 30s, 40s and 50s. It covers three things: short, comfortable light-based recovery sessions, a physician-prescribed recovery support program coached week by week, and electromagnetic muscle strengthening aimed at the core and the way you move. Everything starts with a Styku 3D body composition scan in our Matthews clinic, about 11 miles southeast of uptown Charlotte.

Why group recovery with performance? Because they are one problem seen from two sides. Training, long shifts on your feet and old injuries all create load, and your body adapts to that load only while it recovers. When sleep is short and protein is low, adaptation stalls and soreness lingers. The American College of Sports Medicine frames recovery as part of training rather than a break from it, and that is how we coach it. Light-based recovery has a growing evidence base too: a 2022 systematic review in Lasers in Medical Science found photobiomodulation compared favorably with cryotherapy on markers of muscle recovery. We cite it for context, not as a promise, and individual results vary.
These programs sit behind our Recovery & Performance condition pages, joint pain and recovery and inflammation and immune support, and they overlap with building lean muscle and sleep and stress. If one of those is what brought you here, start there and it will route you to the right program. Otherwise the three programs are below, and many clients pair one with a Body program as weight comes down.

Three tools, one sequence
Clients who walk in sore want to get stronger, and clients who want to get stronger are limited by how they recover. So we sequence the three programs: recover first, then build, and measure both on the Styku scan.
Red light sessions are the easiest place to start: 15 to 25 minutes, no downtime, fitted around training. Clients use them for soreness between workouts and for skin quality at the same time, and Olivia times the frequency to your week. If you want the evidence first, Brent has written up what the research says about red light, including where the studies are strong and where they are thin.
When soreness has become a pattern, or an old injury keeps flaring, light alone is not the answer. In Muscle & Joint Recovery Support, Aspire coaches, measures and tracks your program and is your point of entry. Labs, prescriptions and any medical decision are handled by Impact Health Network licensed physicians through a telehealth visit we arrange for you, and the coaching wraps around it: training load, protein, sleep and scheduled red light.
Once recovery is keeping pace, electromagnetic muscle strengthening with Emsculpt Neo builds the deep core, lower back, glutes and thighs that make everyday movement feel supported. It is the functional cousin of Emsculpt Neo body contouring in Charlotte, NC: same device, judged by movement instead of the mirror, with Olivia's movement programming so new strength shows up in how you lift, sit and climb stairs.
Combining programs is normal here. Clients working on weight at the same time fold these sessions into their weight loss coaching package, and the whole sequence is laid out in how it works at Aspire Trim.

Before you book
It means helping active adults recover faster so they can keep training, working and moving well, measured on a Styku 3D scan rather than guessed. The three programs cover short red light sessions for soreness, skin and energy, a coached recovery support program prescribed by Impact Health Network licensed physicians where appropriate, and electromagnetic strengthening for the core.
Start with the free consultation and 3D body composition scan. You walk through your training and injury history with Brent, take a 30 to 40 second scan, and leave with a recommendation. Most clients begin with red light sessions because they are easy to fit in, then add recovery support or strengthening once the scan shows what is holding them back.
Yes, and most clients do. Red light sessions are already scheduled inside Muscle & Joint Recovery Support, and strengthening with Emsculpt Neo pairs well with both once recovery is keeping pace. Clients losing weight at the same time fold these sessions into their coaching package, so the protein target, check-ins and rescans serve both goals.
Your exact investment is discussed at your free consultation after your body composition scan, because it depends on the program, the number of sessions and the coaching included. Cherry payment plans are our primary financing option, with a quick application that does not affect your credit score, and PatientFi and Klarna are also available. Details are on our financing page.
Aspire is a coaching clinic, not a medical practice. We coach, measure, track and guide, and we are your point of entry. In the recovery support program, labs, prescriptions and any medical decision are handled by Impact Health Network licensed physicians through a telehealth visit we arrange for you. Your coach screens your health history before any session.
It depends on the program. Many red light clients notice easier recovery within one to two weeks, with skin changes building over 8 to 12 weeks. Recovery support clients typically feel the difference in two to three weeks, with joint change taking the full 8 to 12 weeks. With functional Emsculpt Neo, many notice core support by session two or three. Individual results vary.
No. Most of our recovery clients are adults in their 30s to 60s who train a few times a week, work long days on their feet, or want to keep up with their kids without paying for it the next morning. If joint pain is what slows you down, start with our page on joint pain and recovery, which routes you to the right program.
None, on any program here. Red light sessions end with you dressing and leaving, recovery support asks you to keep training while we adjust the load, and Emsculpt Neo leaves a worked-muscle feeling for a day or two with no marks or restrictions. What changes is how you plan protein, sleep and training around your check-ins.
