Dr. Jonathan Hinds, MD, is Medical Director for Device Oversight at Aspire Trim Clinic in Charlotte, NC. His role is specific: he oversees the device protocols and safety screening standards for Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, invisa-RED and red light at our Matthews clinic. He is not a member of Aspire staff and he is not the medical authority of the practice. Labs, prescriptions and medical care for Aspire clients are provided by Impact Health Network licensed physicians, separate from his device role.

Dr. Hinds earned his medical degree from Robert Wood Johnson Medical School at Rutgers University, with Distinction in Medical Research, and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts and Baystate Medical Center. He is a board-certified physician licensed in all 50 states, has held clinical leadership roles in emergency medicine including Associate Medical Director and Trauma Liaison, and has worked with national virtual-care organizations on physician oversight and clinical protocol development. He is the founder of Hinds4Health, through which he provides physician oversight and clinical consulting to healthcare organizations.

What device oversight means in practice: each device Aspire operates is FDA-cleared for specific uses, listed in the FDA 510(k) database. Dr. Hinds reviews the written protocol for each one, sets the screening questions our team asks before a first session (implants, pregnancy, recent surgery, active skin conditions in the area) and defines when a client is asked to check with a physician before continuing. Sessions themselves are performed by our certified body contouring specialist and coaching team.

Device information on our Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, invisa-RED and red light pages is reviewed under his oversight so that what we say about a device matches its clearance and the manufacturer's data. He does not write our blog, does not direct the coaching programs and does not see Aspire clients as patients. If a medical question comes up during your program, your coach arranges a telehealth visit with Impact Health Network licensed physicians.
