Olivia Mague, BS, is the Exercise Science and Fitness Specialist at Aspire Trim Clinic in Charlotte, NC, working from our Matthews clinic. She runs our Styku 3D body composition scans and the movement programming that sits underneath every coached plan, and she brings a background in inpatient rehabilitation, assisted stretching, wellness education and studio management. With 23 years in organized sport, including collegiate athletics as an NCAA Scholar-Athlete, she pairs lifelong athletic experience with formal training in human movement.

Olivia holds a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she completed Honors Program research in motion capture, athletic movement and kinetic transfer. Her professional background includes inpatient rehabilitation at Brooks Rehabilitation and more than three years with Stretch Zone, progressing from Assisted Stretch Practitioner to Assistant General Manager and Studio Manager. She programs movement to the standards published by organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine, with an emphasis on form, progression and recovery.

Olivia's background in motion capture research shows in how she programs movement: specifically, and around what your body can actually do rather than around a template. Her rule is that a plan has to survive a bad week, because a program that only works when everything goes right is a program you will abandon by February. Clients building strength alongside coach-led weight loss in Charlotte or functional wellness with Emsculpt Neo work with her on the movement side of the plan.

She also runs the measurement side, which is where clients often have their most useful conversation. A Styku scan showing three pounds of fat lost and three pounds of muscle gained on an unchanged scale weight reframes a month people were about to write off, and Olivia is the person who walks you through what the numbers actually mean rather than handing you a printout. Medical questions that come up along the way are routed to Impact Health Network licensed physicians through a telehealth visit we arrange. Meet the rest of our Charlotte team.
