Jayde da Costa: Certified Body Contouring Specialist in Charlotte, NC

Jayde da Costa is the Certified Body Contouring Specialist at Aspire Trim Clinic in Charlotte, NC, working from our Matthews clinic. She holds the Christina Rinios Body Contouring Specialist Certification and performs the device sessions on our Body menu: Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, invisa-RED laser lipo, skin tightening and stretch mark reduction, and red light rejuvenation. She is also a wellness coach in training, currently completing the Harvard Executive Education Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching Certificate.

Before Aspire, Jayde earned a diploma in Marketing with additional training as a Healthcare Representative, supporting pharmaceutical and personal-care brands and building client-focused marketing programs. As a former small business owner she ran a beauty and aesthetics salon, which gave her hands-on experience in client service, daily operations, staff coordination and the practical side of keeping a treatment plan on schedule. That combination of technical certification and service background is why clients tend to relax in her treatment room.

To be clear about scope, Jayde is not a licensed medical or clinical provider. She operates the devices within the protocols and safety screening standards overseen by Dr. Jonathan Hinds, MD, Medical Director for Device Oversight, and any medical question is routed to Impact Health Network licensed physicians. Device facts she shares in session come from the manufacturer, BTL, and from Aspire's own protocols.

Jayde's view is that the experience around a session shapes whether someone finishes the series. Clients arriving at a body contouring or wellness practice are frequently self-conscious and have often had a poor experience somewhere else, so she explains what each device does, what you will feel and what the schedule looks like before anything is switched on.
